Our energy work sessions include Reiki or AromaTouch. Reiki focuses on relaxing your nervous system & balancing your chakras. AromaTouch takes it a step further to include massage, aromatherapy and balancing your meridian lines.

We offer a variety of skin care services including Pregnancy-Safe Facials (Wellness & Rose Quartz), Clinical Facial, FloraEssence Peel and Enzymatic Back Treatment. As well as Skin Care consultations where we discuss your skin care routine and products then find the perfect regimen for you!

Health & Wellness
Our holistic wellness consultations combine the knowledge of health coaching, ayurveda, yoga, skincare, energy work and mindfulness practices. We also offer group classes covering various topics to help you thrive during pregnancy and beyond.
