It includes how we spend our time, including work, relaxation, and sleep. Exercise is how we move. It's about being physically active, which is vital for physical and mental health. Attitude is how we think. It’s about keeping our minds healthy and maintaining a positive outlook. And Nutrition is how we eat. It focuses on the body's intake of nutrients to foster optimal health.
