This Family yoga class will include just the right amount of fun and relaxation. We will have dance time, story-time, and act out silly animal shapes & scenes from nature. Practice will incorporate gentle movement and easy breathwork exercises guided by our journey through storytelling. Let's laugh together as we embark on our yoga adventure!

***Family Yoga is for parents and children ages 18-35 months. One parent & one child will share a registration spot and a mat.***
