This FREE Vinyasa yoga class with just the right amount of strengthening and rejuvenation. We will focus on balancing the physical body as well as the energetic body. Practice will include mainly active postures (with a few restorative ones) to harness the power of Spring and to release any stagnant energy. We will build a sense of lightness and freedom through mindfulness.
*Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant and planning on attending this class. This is a fast-paced yoga practice and your poses will need to modified greatly for your comfort. *
