This Baby & Me yoga class will offer the right amount of play and mindfulness. We will focus on core/pelvic floor stabilization & releasing tension in the neck/shoulders. Some poses will include mama and baby while others will be just for mama as baby watches/sleeps. Practice will conclude with stretching and some restorative postures. Our time together will be a wonderful bonding experience with baby while also offering mama some much needed self-care.
*For mamas 6+ weeks postpartum with babies not walking yet*
