This Women's Wellness yoga class will offer just the right amount of strengthening and rejuvenation. We will focus on balancing the energetic body as well as the physical body by using the knowledge of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chakra system. Each practice will be different depending on the season, dominant element and current lunar events. Classes will be a blend of restorative and active postures determined by the collective energy. We will build a sense of ease and tranquility through mindfulness.
