This Prenatal yoga class will include just the right amount of invigoration and rejuvenation. We will challenge our minds & bodies to tap into not only our physical strength but also our inner willpower. Practice will incorporate mindfulness & movement techniques to help us prepare for the wonders of birth & baby's arrival earthside too. There will be elements of mantra, pranayama, meditation and active as well as restorative postures to encourage relaxation & balance.
