This Restorative Reiki Workshop is a relaxing, restorative practice focusing on calming the nervous system and balancing the energetic body by utilizing yoga and reiki. Practice will incorporate gentle movement, restorative yoga poses, chakra balancing and meditation to elicit holistic wellness. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is received by gently laying my hands on/near the chakra centers of the body but I can also hover my hands if you prefer no touch.
THIS SESSION IS SAFE FOR TTC, PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING.
