This Peaceful Moon yoga class is a wonderfully restorative practice honoring the Divine Feminine that can help harmonize hormones, monthly cycle & fertility. This class focuses on hip opening, calming the nervous system, and balancing the energetic body by using the knowledge of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine & the Chakra system. Practice will incorporate gentle movement, yin poses and meditation to elicit holistic wellness. We will cultivate a sense of peace through mindfulness and connecting to our lunar energy.
