This Grounding Gentle Yoga Flow for the Holidays class will offer just the right amount of grounding and relaxation. We will focus on balancing the energetic body as well as the physical body by incorporating standing poses and stillness. Class will be a blend of gentle movements, slow flow, restorative and active postures. We will build a sense of ease and tranquility through mindfulness.
